Hopped with New Zealand cultivars Superdelic, NZ Cascade (at mash), and Southern Cross, enhanced with Phantasm (Sauvignon Blanc powder), and then fermented with Thiol Theory yeast (thanks to @yeastcanadainnovations), it develops vibrant notes of passion fruit and guava.
