If you are all Rampant Growth and Wall of Roots then Jitte isn't great at all but if it all Lotus Cobra and Llanowar Elf then Jitte is pretty solid

This isnt the most powerful card by any means but add in any kind of life gain synergy or recursion and Shield Mare will do more than pull its weight against aggressive decks

This means you should expect new UB cards to enter the Standard rotation, and be playable in Modern, Commander, etc
