There are some pretty low impact ultimates that I consider pretty good and some utterly bonkers ones that I think are bad

It's a base 0/0 though, so moving the equipment will usually result in the Germ dying unless it's been buffed by a +1/+1 counter or an anthem effect

Time will tell if the deck can compete in the meta, but this card certainly will do a lot of work to get it there
