You spend your mana very efficiently on each of your turns, which makes the third Fountain often not good enough or an easy sideboard out against aggressive decks

There are also some decent reprints in the decks as well, allowing for some nice pickups on singles if you arent going for a full deck and like the Fallout theme

As long as its the first card you draw on any given turn, then you can play any instant or sorcery for only two mana, regardless of its actual cost or color
