There's some setup required to get this item engine going, but the nice thing is that even if the pieces don't align, these c haracters still have value independently

It also doesnt have a lot of synergy with other item behemoth characters like Tamatoa which focuses on having items in the discard
If anything, I think the more sought-after doctors and the more coveted numbers will likely increase as time passes
