Lathril is an incredibly powerful Commander that can quickly close out a game in just a few turns

Each Commander Deck is based on a different Final Fantasy game with VI, VII, X, and XIV to choose from

It has items, locations, Reckless challengers, Huey-Dewey-Lewey combos, and a couple of Rise of the Floodborn cards that weren't playable back then and still aren't playable now

Every attack step becomes another piece of value

But the steady rate of cards getting added in with old cards rotating out means that the format is constantly in flux, and if a current Standard isnt quite to your taste, its not too long of a wait until the format gets shaken up again
