There are no exclusive artworks in any of the other languages (as far as I know), except for the XY 17/146 Vivillon: Meadow Pattern (pink) is released in every language the set was released in (French only has the Pink one, and none of the other patterns) Elegant Pattern (purple) only in Japanese High Plains Pattern (orange) only in English Continental Pattern (yellow) only in German and Korean Marine Pattern (blue) only in Italian and Spanish Savanna Pattern (green/yellow) only in (Brazilian) Portuguese Icy Snow Pattern (white) only in Russian 24483264 825 KB And of course the Pikachu World collection 2010 (released in both the US and Japan - so available with both English and new Japanese back), but the artworks are exclusive per language (French, Korean, Spanish, German, French, Polish, Portuguese): Greetz, Quuador 3 Likes mjisaacs May 6, 2020, 5:58pm 6 Wasnt there talk of exclusive French diamond and pearl promos somewhere
This is periodically a thing in 60-card formats when green ramp is a bit poor, like right now in Standard
Its not unusual for players to pick a broad theme like creatures that have alternate anime arts and then fill in with a few spells that might not have anime art, but still fit the decks strategy
