Its a decent engine for Golgari decks, and one that could easily start seeing play in decks like Aristocrats, where sacrifice outlets can enable the draw early

Its combat ability is also decent, but overall this commander is just a little underwhelming

Foil reprints happen in special sets (Conspiracy, Battlebond) or curated small sets (From the Vault, Signature Spellbook) and the occasional judge promo/RPTQ release

Squad is a great mechanic giving all the cards with it extra flexibility The Sister of Silence is also a great card that might save you from defeat or prevent your opponent from winning
